"Attn: Derbi owners"

If anyone one out there can help me locate a "Sport" windshield for my 2003 Derbi GP1, I would really appreciate it a whole lot. Ever since Derbi abanded all of the US, I've had a difficult time trying to find one. Thanks.

1. "Have you checked with Piaggio dealers?"

Any shop that deals in Piaggio scooters (Piaggio, Vespa,Gilera, Derbi, Aprilia, and Laverda) should be able to order your part from the parent company.

Hell, If you have a Moto Guzzi dealership near by try them, Piaggio owns them too.

Good Luck.

Already tried contacting scooter shops in my area with no luck. They keep telling me the same story about Derbi taking their ball and turing their backs on the US. Guess I should've gotten the windshield when they were still widely available.

Piaggio USA is supposed to be responsible for providing parts for Derbi. Get in touch with them and get them to make it happen.

I ordered mine through a motorcycle shop that sells after market products. They're an authorized PUIG dealer. I believe the part you're looking for is Puig Part #0449. (Visit www.motoplastic.com). I ordered the City Touring model for my Boulevard. It cost me around $93 USD including shipping from Spain, to the authorized dealer near Los Angeles, and shipped down to San Diego...but it took about 2 months!

Puig makes parts for different models of scooters. They're not OEM, but you'll be happy to know you'll be paying less than OEM prices with similar quality.

Call Dean from Off Road Racing at 877-428-9633. They're located in CA.
