"Vespa Moped in Colorado Needed"

If any of you have any leads on a Vespa moped in Colorado that somebody would be willing to part with, please let me know. My only criteria is that it must be Vespa brand and must have some reasonable hope of running. Thanks for your help.

I just bought a '78 vespa Bravo moped about 3 weeks ago, it was running until 2 days ago, I replaced the spark plug and the moped will only run while you pedal. As soon as you slow down it dies. I don't know much about the engine and dont want to take the time to figure it out. bike has nice paint. I'd be willing to sell it for $400

OK guys, 1978 Vespa Bravo ... runs good going downhill (a blistering 20 mph last night), poops out and dies going uphill. I put a new spark plug in it, but need advice on the next thing to try. Thanks for your help gang.
